The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed within the cs8vip cashier section at the time of transaction. cs8vip reserves the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice to members.

You may only deposit funds that you legally own and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. cs8vip will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that are different from those used to make deposits unless there is a verified, legitimate reason and supporting documentation has been provided.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on cs8vip are subject to individual promotion terms that are published alongside each offer. General eligibility requires that you hold a verified, active cs8vip account in good standing. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are not available to professional bonus hunters or individuals suspected of abusing promotional mechanics.
Most bonuses offered by cs8vip are subject to a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. Bonuses that are not used or for which wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account without compensation. cs8vip will not reinstate expired bonuses.
All games available on the cs8vip platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that produce outcomes independently and fairly on every play. Game results cannot be influenced by cs8vip, game providers, or players through any technical or mechanical means.
cs8vip carries games from third-party providers. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your screen and what is recorded on the game server, the server record is considered definitive. If you experience a technical malfunction during a game session, stop playing and contact support immediately — do not continue attempting to play through an error.
For sports betting, all bets are governed by the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published in the cs8vip sportsbook at the time of placing the bet. cs8vip reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by errors in odds, suspended events, or where the integrity of an event is under investigation.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, cs8vip reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to member misconduct, any verified funds in the account will be returned to the member via their registered payment method after standard identity checks are completed.
Members may also close their own cs8vip account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform our support team so that appropriate assistance and resources can be offered.

cs8vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
